These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BarberFlow’s website, apps, and software tools (the “Services”).
BarberFlow is a product operated by May Software Inc., an Ontario corporation (“BarberFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply only to barbershops and grooming professionals (“Shops,” “you”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
BarberFlow provides scheduling and business management software designed for barbershops and grooming professionals.
The Services help you manage appointments, client communications, and business operations.
BarberFlow is a technology provider only. We do not provide grooming or personal care services. You remain solely responsible for the services you provide and BarberFlow is not liable for their quality, safety, legality, or outcomes.
BarberFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your business operations in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services.
You may not use the Services for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
Certain features of the Services may require payment of subscription or usage fees.
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as selected during signup.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice.
• Applicable taxes, including HST, may be added where required.
You are solely responsible for:
• complying with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements;
• the quality, safety, and delivery of your services;
• your pricing, policies, and business practices;
• maintaining accurate account information; and
• maintaining backups of your business data.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
You agree not to:
• violate laws or third-party rights;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others;
• submit false or misleading information;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the Services; or
• use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
The Services may integrate with third-party providers such as payment processors, messaging services, or calendar platforms. BarberFlow does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or their availability, security, or performance.
BarberFlow owns all rights to the Services, including software, design, and branding.
You retain ownership of your business content but grant BarberFlow a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the Services.
You agree to handle personal information responsibly and comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
Do not use the Services to collect or store personal health information.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
BarberFlow is not responsible for data loss, missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, client no-shows, or lost business. You are responsible for maintaining copies of important data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarberFlow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
BarberFlow is not responsible for your services, client interactions, business outcomes, or third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarberFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost profit damages arising from use of the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BarberFlow and May Software Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your business, services, content, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations or misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
Provisions relating to liability limits, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law will survive termination.
BarberFlow is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, labor disputes, or government actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
You consent to receive electronic communications from BarberFlow relating to your account, billing, and service notifications.
