BarberFlow is a product operated by May Software Inc. (“BarberFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Appointment & Business Data: booking details, service history, notes, and customer records.
Payment Information: transaction details and billing information. Payment card data is processed securely by third-party payment providers and is not stored by BarberFlow.
Device & Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage activity.
Communications: messages sent through the Services, including appointment reminders and support requests.

• provide and operate the Services;
• manage appointments and send notifications;
• process payments and provide receipts;

• improve and maintain the Services;

• with barbershops using BarberFlow to provide services you request;

BarberFlow uses third-party providers to deliver parts of the Services, such as payment processing, messaging, analytics, and hosting. These providers process personal information on our behalf and are required to protect it.
